I call adoption law my “happy law” and I love helping families secure the lives of their children through private, agency, and intrafamily adoptions in Louisiana. I also do recognition of foreign adoptions for those who have adopted a child in another country and need the United States to legally “recognize” the adoption. See Blog: The ABCs of Adoption.
